Thomas Tsatsos
CEO/Founder
Tom's strengths lie in project management, strategic development, and interactive design management. Tom works hand in hand with the client and #10's development team to ensure smooth delivery of projects. His primary role is to gather information from the client, create detailed specifications and to disseminate the synthesised information to the rest of the development team. Previously, he held management positions at Toyota's Internet Software Group and MIC, a Japanese Semiconductor Equipment manufacturer. He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from Thunderbird , the American Graduate School of International Management. Tom is fluent in Japanese.
Adam Medeiros
Lead Developer
Adam has over 15 years of experience as a web developer, and is responsible for implementing LAMP applications using languages such as PHP, Java, Python and Ruby. He has a well-rounded background as a front and back-end programmer, as well as experience with Search Engine Optimization and Web Analytics. In addition to hands-on coding, Adam manages other developers on the team, through specifications and task delegation. Prior to #10, Adam worked with a variety of web service providers including BlueFig.net and Branders.com.
Jeffrey Jones
Creative Director
Jeffrey is a veteran creative director and team leader, with a client list that includes Apple Inc, AT&T, IBM, Intercontinental Hotels Group, Universal Music, TD Ameritrade, Coca-Cola, Adobe and Turner Entertainment. He has been awarded over 20 industry awards, including multiple placements in the HOW Design Annual. His product vision has been applied to innovative digital media and integrated marketing for nearly 20 years, with his leadership for agencies including Turner Entertainment, Icon Medialab (Now LBi), Elemental Interactive, Merge Agency and Georgia Tech. Always close to emerging technologies, Jeffrey was an early pioneer in interface design for electronic games, interactive television, Web sites, and now with mobile devices such as the iPhone.
Takahiro Kawaguchi
Art Director
Takahiro is responsible for all stages and deliverables of the creative process for the foundation site, project sites, including creating conceptual materials, look and feel, comps, initial HTML composition, Flash Animation and responsible for quality of visuals during the production and implementation phases. Takahiro was formerly the Art Director at Icon Media Labs, one of Europe's largest Interactive Consultancies, where he was responsible for designing sites such as the Museum of Modern Art in New York (MoMAstore.org), NetAid.com, and Homes.com. Takahiro was also Art Director for Apple Computers, working on Apple.com.
Irene Tsatsos
Project Manager
Irene is responsible for project management and operations - managing tasks among the design and development team to facilitate timely completion of deliverables. She has worked as a copyeditor for over 10 years with extensive experience writing for web and advertising. Irene has a BS in Sound Engineering from Expression College for Digital Arts and has worked as a production coordinator and sound designer for feature films and commercial productions.
Arlan Landjono
Web Developer
Arlan is a versatile web developer with experience in both Microsoft (Microsoft Certified Professional) and LAMP technologies. As a key member of the development team, Arlan is responsible for custom application development and front-end HTML coding on a variety of projects ranging from Ecommerce to Corporate websites. He has been involved in nearly all of #10's coding efforts over the last several years. Arlan holds a BS in Computer Science.
Vlad Jantuan
Front-end Web Developer/ Magento Developer
Vlad is a versatile front-end developer experienced in web-standards compliant, hand-coded XHTML/CSS and LAMP development. In addition, he has 2 years of experience coding custom theme files for the Magento Commerce platform at #10, and has worked on sites for United Brands, Rosie Pope Maternity and HalloweenU.com.
Saranto Sulistijo
Designer
Saranto is responsible for bringing all of #10's art and design work to life. Considered one of the top freelance designers in Hong Kong and Singapore, Saranto moved to #10, where he designed numerous websites and flash applications for GM and American Express. He received his undergraduate degree from the Rhode Island School of Design.
Todd Greenbaum
Director of Online Marketing
Todd is responsible for spearheading online marketing campaigns from creating high level strategies to overseeing campaign execution. Todd leverages his 9 years of Internet marketing experience and 6 years of business school to create unique and effective marketing campaigns for clients. Todd previously worked at Netscape and IBM and was the Director of Marketing for 2 successful Internet startups. He has 2 bachelor's degrees from Washington University in St. Louis and an MBA from Thunderbird, the American Graduate School of International Management. Todd is fluent in French and conversant in Spanish.
