#10 was hired by TriNet to design and develop an employee rewards program to help incentivize inside sales efforts within the company. The site was built using Magento and allowed employees to submit referrals via the website, only accessible from within the company’s network. Employees received point values for qualified leads. In turn, these points could be exchanged for various goods on the site, ranging from vacation packages and electronics, to sportswear and corporate schwag.

The site also included a CRM feature that would send incentive emails to employees when they were on the cusp of earning an item that was on their wishlist, encouraging them to earn more points.
