Streamlining Operations

Mipox wanted to leverage the Internet to enable distributors, partners and customers to check inventory from the web, purchase products, track shipments and verify account information. Additionally, Mipox wanted to position its website as a resource for those in the hi-tech industry by fostering a community through forums and a robust, searchable knowledge management system.

Global Access

Mipox needed to ensure the new website would be compatible with the majority of its global audience. Many of its customers and suppliers are based in Japan, so front- and back-end administrations tools needed to be in Japanese. Still, the site is being tested with the end user in mind - ensuring compatibility across various platforms and an ability to buy products on a global scale.
